All exhibits must be clean in appearance and in operating condition.  

All exhibits must be authentic to be eligible for competition.  No reproductions are permitted to be entered.  

The same exhibit may not be entered in two consecutive years by the same exhibitor.  

Only one exhibit per class will be accepted from any one exhibitor.  

Each exhibit must be accompanied by a completed entry tag which can be obtained at the Exhibition Registration area on Sunday, July 11,2021 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.  

Exhibits will be judged on appearance, condition and originality in each class.

The decisions of the judges are final.  

Exhibits will be accepted on Sunday, July 11,2021 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  All exhibits must be in place on the fairgrounds at the time of entry and are required to remain on display until exhibits are released on Sunday, July 18,2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.  Please note: Premiums will be forfeited if exhibits are removed before the fair closes.  Any exhibits which are not retrieved by exhibitors become property of Mason Dixon Fair.
